RETURN AND STORE CREDIT POLICY

Purchases made from Hip Hip Hurrah are not eligible for monetary refunds due to changes of mind, size, color, or personal preference. Requests for an exchange or store credit must be made within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered.

To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, and returned with its original tags and proof of purchase. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or misrepresented item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hiphiphurrah.net. We will review the matter and provide the appropriate resolution as required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
